【岗位职责】
1、根据酒店运营需求，灵活完成餐饮服务、客房清洁、等基础岗位工作
2、严格执行酒店服务标准，确保服务质量符合品牌规范要求
3、及时响应客人需求，处理基础性服务问题并做好记录
4、协助完成物资清点、设备维护等日常运营保障工作
5、遵守排班制度，保证出勤时间及工作交接的准确性
【岗位要求】
1、持有昆明市有效健康证，能适应倒班工作制及基础体力劳动
2、具备基础服务意识，有酒店相关经验者优先
3、普通话流利，具备基本沟通表达能力
4、工作细致认真，具有团队协作精神
5、能立即上岗，工作时间稳定者优先考虑
