• 協助制订与MICE收入计划相关的工作计划，以确保收入计划目标得以实现。
• 对现有的和可能性的MICE 市场/趋势进行分析，协调各种活动，以通过增加的业务量和提高的价格来保持并增加收入。
• 与本地 的行业协会、PCO 保持联系，以发展新MICE客户及保持老客户。通过个人销售拜访、电话和书面交流等与策划者、会议组织者、会议决策人等保持联系。
• 设计并实施特别项目，通过如下手段取得更高的效率：
• 提高会议平均房价
• 增加会议团队及宴会收入
• 增加淡季的业务量
