1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上销售工作经验，有行业相关背景者优先考虑。
3. 具有较强的沟通能力、谈判技巧和客户服务意识，能够独立开展业务。
4. 具备良好的抗压能力与团队协作精神，能适应短期出差。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据分析与报告撰写能力。
