1、拟定酒店促销活动，完成团队和散客销售目标。
2、监督销售量、调整销售活动，完成计划目标。
3、与会议相关部门的沟通，取得销售方面的信息和支持。
4、在部门年度预算内，推行销售计划。
5、保存以前、现在有潜力客户的资料。
6、制定临时时间表，记录上月的销售活动,收集每天的销售拜访记录并存档。
7、以周销售计划为基础，向市场销售总监提交销售拜访概况，和月销售拜访计划。
