工作职责
1.对于酒店分配的销售任务负责，包括收入指标和客户开发、维护指标；
2.拜访调查并筛选潜在的新客户，按时完成新客户的开发指标及产出指标；
3.创建客户档案并积累客户资料
4.按照要求定期制定并执行销售拜访计划
5.按时完成销售报告、总结，（包括日、周、月）
6.管理个人的销售成本
7.维护并挖潜在及现有客户
8.定期拜访、宴请主要客户
9.调查市场信息，了解竞争对手的相关情况，并向经理汇报
10.参与并执行相关促销活动
11.准备每月的客户和产量评估工作
12.按时回复客户的致询
13.关注在店的重点客户和大型活动
14.参与战略商务收益计划制订过程
