销售部管理人员招聘,职位开放包括:销售总监/副总监/高级销售经理/销售经理
主要方向:MICE 及公司客户销售
主要工作职责:
1、负责MICE(大型会议及展览)、公司销售市场的开发与维护,制定并执行销售计划
2、主动挖掘潜在客户资源,建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系
3、协调酒店各部门资源,确保会议、活动及客房销售的高质量执行
4、定期进行市场调研,分析竞争对手动态,及时调整销售策略
5、负责合同谈判、报价制定及后续跟进工作,确保项目顺利落地
6、完成月度、季度及年度销售指标,并定期提交销售报告

1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先
2、3年以上酒店行业销售经验,熟悉市场运作模式
3、具备优秀的商务谈判能力及客户关系管理能力
4、工作积极主动,能承受高强度工作压力,适应出差
5、熟练使用Office办公软件,具备良好的英语听说读写能力
6、年龄25-50岁,形象气质良好,具备较强的职业素养
7、需具备优秀的团队管理能力,酒店行业销售经验及拥有丰富的客户资源。
