1.为市场销售总监提供专业、有力的支持，以达到战略目标。
2.分析市场机会及竞争对手酒店，制定具体目标，发展并有效实施策略和计划。
3.制定销售目标，对于与实际完成销售任务的差额，如何采取补救措施。
4.维护客户关系，了解客户需求，掌握服务技能、销售沟通技能，做好客户反馈。
5.负责宾客的满意度工作。
1.文化程度大专及以上。
2.有相关酒店销售工作经验3年及以上者优先。
3.较强的沟通能力，市场洞察能力和组织管理能力。
