1. 协助销售总监制定并执行公司整体销售战略,推动销售目标达成。
2. 负责区域或重点客户市场的开拓与维护,提升市场份额和客户满意度。
3. 管理销售团队,指导团队成员完成业绩指标,组织实施业务培训与考核。
4. 分析市场动态与竞争格局,及时调整销售策略,确保业务持续增长。
5. 协调内部资源,配合运营、产品、财务等部门推进项目落地与回款管理。

1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上销售管理工作经验,有团队管理经验者优先。
3. 熟悉销售全流程管理,具备较强的市场分析、客户开发及商务谈判能力。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。
5. 能够适应短期出差,服从公司工作安排。
