1. 协助销售总监制定并执行公司整体销售战略,推动销售目标的达成。
2. 负责区域或重点客户市场的开拓与维护,提升市场份额和客户满意度。
3. 组织并指导销售团队开展日常业务工作,完成业绩分解、过程管理及绩效评估。
4. 定期分析销售数据与市场动态,提出优化建议并推动落地实施。
5. 协调内部资源,配合市场、产品、运营等部门推进重点项目落地。
6. 参与重大客户谈判,主导大客户关系管理与长期合作机制建设。
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备8年以上销售工作经验,其中至少3年团队管理经验,有行业相关背景者优先。
3. 熟悉销售全流程管理,具备优秀的市场分析、客户开发与商务谈判能力。
4. 具备较强的领导力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力,能够适应高频出差。
5. 具备良好的职业道德和合规意识,遵守国家法律法规及相关行业规范。
