岗位职责
1、 根据公司的战略规划，负责所属行业、区域潜在客户的销售策略及方案的执行； 全面负责酒店所有产品的宣传与销售工作，包括但不限于宴会，客房，婚姻，餐饮等。
2、 负责建立和维护指定区域内的客户关系；
3、 发现客户的会议/宴会潜在需求，向客户提供服务解决方案；
4、 完成公司下达的会议/宴会销售任务和回款指标；
5、 负责对所属会议市场及客户进行月度分析和预测，并根据维护措施进行实施；
6、 负责会议/宴会销售合同的洽谈、签订；
7、 负责客户满意度调查工作的实施；
8、 负责部门下达的各项任务指标的完成。
岗位要求：
1、 具有至少5年以上国际品牌酒店销售相关工作经验。
2、 了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
3、 优秀的英语沟通能力。
4、 优秀的领导力、组织协调能力、处理突发事件能力。
5、 优秀的沟通能力、营销能力和展示能力
