1、制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，经管理当局批准后保证贯彻执行。
2、审批所有采购申请单、定货单。
3、根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。
4、负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。
5、负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。
6、积极开发货源，不断推荐新产品，扩大货品国产化，负责国外定货工作。
7、经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况，及时处理发现的问题。
1、大专以上学历。
2、具有2年以上合资饭店各项物品的采购经验。
3、具有较好的英语基础 。
4、对采购程序，采购合同的订立比较精通。
5、具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力。
