岗位职责
1. 控制饮品的申领，确保所有供应品原料存货充足
2. 具备饮品和鸡尾酒的专业知识
3. 监控所有饮品配方的标准
4. 执行必要的一般职责，以降低餐厅的运营成本并达到销售目标
5. 监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性
6. 处理所有客人对于饮品及服务的投诉、要求或咨询
7. 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度
岗位要求
1. 了解酒水相关知识
2. 熟悉酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程
3. 有较好的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力
4. 英语良好
