1. 按标准负责给宾客送餐至房间或指定区域。
2. 收回房间通道及其他区域用过的餐车及餐具，并送往洗碗间。
3. 送餐前，检查送餐车、托盘及赠品，确保一切准备就绪，一旦需要，即可送出。
4. 控制营业所需的餐具，定期参加盘点。
5. 完成上级领导交办的其他合理工作。
1. 熟悉菜肴酒水知识，送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准。
2. 熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪。
3. 遵守酒店卫生及安全规范。
4. 有较强的语言表达能力及推销能力。
