1、确保酒店所有的营业收入被准确记录，任何账目的出入及时予以汇报
2、制定并执行运营标准流程，定期进行运营数据分析与优化
3、执行和维护信贷与收款制度和程序，提高运作资本
4、协助按照洲际酒店集团的规章制度，公共会计准则和当地适用条款的规定执行和维护认可的会计工作准则和会计程序
5、负责部门员工培训与团队建设，提升员工专业技能与服务意识，打造高效服务团队
1、具备酒店管理或相关领域知识，熟悉酒店各部门运作流程及行业标准
2、优秀的组织协调与团队管理能力，能有效调动多部门协作
3、良好的数据分析能力，能通过运营数据发现问题并提出改进方案
4、出色的沟通表达能力，工作细致认真，责任心强
