1. 负责前厅的日常运营管理工作,包括但不限于接待顾客、安排座位、处理顾客咨询与投诉,确保顾客满意度。
2. 监控前厅的服务质量,定期收集顾客反馈,提出并实施改进措施,提升服务水平。
3. 协调前厅与后厨、财务等部门之间的沟通与协作,确保运营流程顺畅。
4. 监督前厅的清洁与卫生工作,保持环境整洁,符合卫生标准。
5. 具有良好的问题解决能力,能够在压力下保持冷静,有效应对各种挑战。
6. 身体健康,形象气质佳,能够适应轮班工作制度。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识,能够处理突发情况,确保顾客满意。
3. 拥有至少1年以上前厅运营或相关领域的实习、工作经验,熟悉前厅运作流程。
4. 英语良好。
