1. 负责接待到访顾客，提供礼貌、热情的迎宾服务，引导顾客入座。
2. 维持前台区域的整洁与秩序，确保良好的第一印象。
3. 准确记录顾客等候信息，合理安排等候及就餐时间，及时沟通座位情况。
4. 协助处理顾客咨询与建议，提升顾客满意度。
5. 与餐厅其他岗位保持良好协作，确保运营顺畅。
1. 大专学历，具备1年以上酒店、餐饮或服务业相关工作经验。
2. 具备良好的仪容仪表，亲和力强，服务意识佳。
3. 具备基本的沟通协调能力，能有效应对顾客需求。
4. 能够适应轮班工作制，包括节假日及周末工作。
5. 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。
