1. 依照洲际酒店集团标准操作流程,评估指定客户的潜力并制定客户计划。

2. 拓展指定的客户组,以实现既定目标并实现利润最大化。

3. 收集现有及潜在客户/联系人的信息,以开拓增量业务。

4. 有效控制销售费用。

5. 利用客户互动以及公开可用的工具来监测竞争对手的活动(这些活动与酒店及客户组合相关),并依照酒店流程与关键利益相关者分享相关信息。

6. 在适当情况下,邀请销售总监/销售副总监参与销售拜访及销售会议。

7. 将遇到的任何问题及其他相关信息传达给上级。

8. 在自己负责的客户组范围内开展社交活动,与关键决策者及其他相关人员建立关系。

9. 开展客户会议,并规划、协调场地介绍参观及考察活动。

10. 处理并管理客户的疑问或问题。

11. 积极主动并负责跟进新的销售线索,以提升宾客体验。

12. 发展并维护与业务促成者(如会奖旅游策划者、旅行社等)的联系。
