Job Description 岗位职责

To manage sales activities andeventsinline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceedbudgetand sales strategy for your hotel.

按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动，完成并超越酒店的预算和销售战略目标。

·Monitors competitorsactivities andassists in marketing intelligence

监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。

Sells to new, existingand prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiatingoptimum rate for the benefit of the business

根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售，并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。

 Services existingbusiness through management of account bases

通过客户管理，向现有的客户提供服务。

 Develop andmaintain a regular patternof sales calls, meeting with principals of targetmarket

设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式，与目标市场的主要人物会面。

 Providesdirection on, and conducts market research and analysis

指导和进行市场调研和分析。

 Develops andmaintains contact withbusiness generators, meeting and convention planners,visitors/conventionbureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporateaccounts, GovernmentDepartments and other producers closely allied to Hotelbusiness

根据酒店的营业需要，与业务联系人、会务策划者、游客和会展局、旅行社、旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。

Qualification岗位要求

University Graduate orDiploma and/or Degree or equivalent in the Hospitality Industry
酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业，大学本科以上学历

Ability to work underpressure with team and independent
能够承受压力与团队良好合作

Strong at drive and leadteam at daily sales work
高效能力带领团队

Familiar with Tianjin marketand complete understanding of Key Account Management
熟悉天津酒店销售市场以及重要客户的管理

At least 1 year same position work experience ininternational 5-star hotel .

1年以上国际品牌五星级酒店同等职位工作经验
