• Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools.
• 实施国产冷热水系统、冷却水系统、风暴和卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉供水系统和游泳池的维修和保养。
• Carries out electric arc or oxy acetylene welding .
• 实施电弧焊接和氧乙炔焊接。
• Replacement or new construction projects which may include GI, PVC and cast iron piping and fabrication of necessary brackets supports for installation.
• 更换或新的施工工程，可能包括安装白铁皮、PVC和铸铁管道和必要的托臂支架的装配。
• Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas.
• 负责客房、公共区域和酒店后勤区域所有厕所/盥洗室固定装置的维修或更换。
• Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.

• Operate boiler and attend all repair works related to steam supply.

• Attend to all related work to natural gas

• Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.

• Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
• 参加酒店节能计划。
• Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
• 在没有当班工程师/总工程师指导的情况下，主动并预见性地实施预防性维修计划中规定的任务。

Technical school graduate in mechanical trade or obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in mechanical or plumbing work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtain Boiler operating license and any other Professional certification and license if required by law.
技术学校机械专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上2年机械或管道相关的工作经验，拥有1年酒店工作经验者优先，或拥有同等的教育和经历。获得锅炉操作许可证及法律可能要求的其他职业证书和执照。
