Salary: 8000 - 10000
1. 负责酒店会议、宴会、婚庆及企业客户活动等会务类产品的市场销售与客户开发，达成年度销售指标；
2. 深度对接企业、协会、机构等目标客户，提供场地规划、餐饮配套、住宿统筹、技术支持等一体化会务解决方案；
3. 主导合同洽谈、报价制定、协议签署及执行跟进，协调前厅、餐饮、工程、安保等部门保障服务交付质量；
4. 维护并深化核心客户关系，挖掘二次销售及长期合作机会，定期开展客户回访与满意度调研；
5. 参与酒店会务产品优化、价格策略调整及市场推广支持，配合完成行业展会、客户推介会等营销活动。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上高星级酒店或大型会议型酒店会务销售工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程及会务服务标准；
3. 具备较强的客户开拓能力、商务谈判技巧和方案撰写能力，能独立完成全流程销售闭环；
4. 具备良好的职业操守、服务意识与团队协作精神，形象端正，沟通表达流畅，适应弹性工作安排。
