岗位职责/职位描述
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常运营成本的分析、核算及监控,确保成本控制在合理范围内。
2、定期编制成本报表,分析成本数据,提出优化建议,协助管理层制定成本控制策略。
3、参与库存管理,定期盘点,确保库存数据准确,减少浪费和损耗。
4、与各部门紧密配合,跟踪成本执行情况,及时发现并解决异常问题。
【岗位要求】
1、具备财务、会计或相关领域的基础知识,熟悉成本核算及控制方法。
2、具备较强的数据分析能力,能熟练使用Excel等办公软件处理数据。
3、工作细致认真,责任心强,具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与各部门高效协作。
5、有酒店行业或相关领域成本控制经验者优先。
