1、全面负责酒店的财务管理工作，包括预算编制、成本控制、财务分析及资金管理等；
2、监督日常财务核算，确保账务处理的准确性和及时性，编制财务报表并定期向上级汇报；
3、制定和完善财务管理制度及流程，确保符合公司政策和相关法律法规；
4、负责税务筹划及申报工作，协调与税务、审计等外部机构的关系；
5、参与酒店经营分析，提供财务数据支持，协助管理层优化经营决策；
6、监督采购、库存及成本控制，确保酒店运营成本合理可控；
7、管理财务团队，指导并培训下属，提升团队专业能力；
8、完成领导安排的其他工作。
