1. 全面负责三亚海棠湾丽晶酒店及三亚海棠湾英迪格酒店的财务管理工作，包括预算编制与执行、成本控制、会计核算、税务申报及财务分析；
2. 统筹业务支持职能，优化财务流程与系统应用（如Oracle、SAP等），提升跨部门协作效率与数据决策支持能力；
3. 配合集团财务政策落地，确保酒店各项财务活动符合中国《会计法》《企业会计准则》及国际酒店集团合规要求；
4. 主导月度、季度及年度财务报告编制，向总经理及区域财务总监提供经营分析与风险预警建议；
5. 管理财务团队，开展专业培训与绩效辅导，推动团队专业能力持续提升。
1. 本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理、审计或相关专业；
2. 具备3年及以上国际品牌酒店（五星级或奢华品牌）财务管理工作经验，有集团多店财务统筹经验者优先；
3. 熟悉中国财税法规及酒店行业财务实务，持有CPA、ACCA或中级会计师职称者优先；
4. 精通主流财务软件及办公系统，具备较强的数据分析能力与英文书面沟通能力；
5. 具备良好的职业道德、责任心与抗压能力，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观与服务理念。
