岗位职责：
1.根据顾客的需求和喜好，熟练调制各种鸡尾酒、混合饮料和无酒精饮品。
2.负责酒吧的酒水库存管理，包括采购、验收、储存和盘点等工作。
3.以热情、专业的态度为顾客提供服务，解答顾客关于饮品的问题和建议。
4.不断创新和研发新的饮品，满足顾客的需求和提高酒吧的竞争力。
5.负责酒吧设备的日常维护和保养，包括调酒器具、冰箱、制冰机等。
岗位要求：
1、熟练掌握调酒工具和设备的使用方法，具备精湛的调酒技巧；
2、了解各种酒类的特点、产地、口味和搭配方法，能够根据顾客需求进行推荐；
3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与同事和顾客建立良好的关系。
