Your day to day:

•    按照品牌標準，協助部門制定培訓計畫並編寫培訓材料，為員工提供培訓，促進團隊之間的合作。
•    為迎合當地市場與餐飲部設計時令功能表、餐飲搭配。
•    協助行政總廚制定菜譜，並對餐飲部製作和售出的所有菜肴的成本保持最新的準確記錄。
•    協助行政總廚制定食品製作和管事運作目標，以及戰略、工作程式和政策。
•    與行政總廚一起決定所有食品、材料和設備的最小和最大庫存。
•    協助行政總廚按照洲際酒店集團指導方針制定所有食品和設備採購的標準。
•    參與酒店收益計畫和市場項目的準備工作。
•    瞭解餐飲業的趨勢、體系、慣例和設備。
•    進行人力規劃和管理需求。
•    人員編制和部門預算管理。

What we need from you:

任職要求
•    展現出與客戶、員工和協力廠商進行互動的能力，以高度體現酒店、品牌和公司的形象。
•    持有當地政府規定的含酒精飲品知識課程證書或食品服務許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證。
•    具有解決問題，推理，號召，組織和培訓能力
•    具備7年或以上酒店相關職工作經驗，或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
