保持非比寻常的洁净度——符合或超过当地洁净和卫生法律规定
需要时协助清洁工作和其他餐厅与酒吧工作
帮助解答疑问或提出建议，为宾客提供更好的体验

在需要全员出动时，能够承担其他临时职责
