• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. 按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information. 与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
• Paying close attention to the guest services, make sure that customers can get all the needs of the first importance and satisfied. 严密关注对客服务，确保客人的一切需求都能得到服务员的第一重视和满足。
• Promptly with guests communication and exchange and the opinion and the problems timely, accurate to the superior feedback. 及时与客人沟通和交流并将其意见和问题及时、准确无误的向上级反馈。
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。
