1.协助餐厅经理严格坚持制定的营运预算并控制所有花销。
2.协助餐厅经理在部门内部计划并组织节日性和季节性的餐饮销售活动。
3.按照年度培训计划参与指导培训，以保证所有员工具备相应的服务技能。
4.保证所有的操作设备和供应品符合标准，餐厅的设备准备充分。
5.处理所有客人的投诉和要求，对食品、饮料和服务的询问，和客人建立和谐的关系。
6.管理下属员工，保证员工按照标准提供服务。
1.至少一年以上相关职位工作经历。
2.优秀的实际运营和管理能力。
3.全面掌握餐饮知识和技能，能独立制定并指导员工的培训
4.具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力。
