5. 负责餐厅的卫生和安全管理工作，确保符合相关法规和标准。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上西餐厅或相关餐饮行业的工作经验，有主管或管理岗位经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够处理复杂的人际关系和突发情况。
4. 熟悉西餐厅的服务流程和操作规范，具备较高的服务意识和专业水平。
5. 具备较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力，能够高效管理团队和应对各种挑战。
6. 身体健康，形象良好，能够适应西餐厅的工作环境和节奏。
