1. 负责西餐厅的日常班次运营管理工作，确保餐厅服务流程顺畅，提升顾客用餐体验。
2. 监督并指导服务员团队，确保他们按照标准服务流程为顾客提供优质服务，包括迎宾、点餐、上菜、结账等环节。
3. 处理基础的顾客投诉与建议，及时响应并解决问题，维护餐厅的良好形象。
4. 定期组织员工培训，提升团队服务技能与专业知识，促进团队成长。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店餐饮管理工作经验，熟悉西餐厅运营流程。
3. 拥有良好的顾客服务意识与问题解决能力，能够迅速应对并妥善处理顾客投诉。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够与各部门有效协作，共同推动餐厅发展。
