In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
监督现金的处理和存放程序。
Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports
编制每日存款和流动资金报告。Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures
制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。Deal with irregular payments处理异常的付款情况。Supervise the maintenance of service equipment监督服务设备的维护保养。Monitor standards of guest facilities and services监督客用设施和服务的标准。Control stock and monitor security procedures控制存货和监督保安成序。Assist with menu and wine list creation协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。Supervise functions监督各项职能。Supervise outlet service监督餐厅的服务。Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。

具备餐饮管理大专学历或完成高级餐饮管理培训，2年相关工作经验，具有管理工作经验，或具有同等教育和工作经历。酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历者优先考虑。必须掌握本地语言。需持有本地法规规定的酒水证书、餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明。
此职务要求有能力完成下列活动：
• 在设施内各处走动
• 运送或提起最重 50 磅（45 斤）的物品
• 处理食物、事物、产品和器具
• 弯腰，屈膝，跪地

其他：
• 与他人交互时需要具备良好的沟通技能，具备与宾客、员工和第三方高水平地交互，及展现酒店、品牌和公司良好精神面貌的能力。
• 在完成书面工作和管理报告、解释结果、提供和接受指导、培训时需要频繁使用阅读和书写能力。
• 需要频繁用到数学技能，包括基本数学、预算、利润/损失概念、百分比率和差异变通等。
• 经常需要运用问题解决、推理、激励、组织和培训等能力。
• 需持有本地或州省政府机关法规规定的酒水证书、餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明。
• 可能需要在夜间、周末和假日期间上班。
