• 班前检查、整理各类厨房设备，调试就绪保障正常使用
• 依据当日菜单完成食材分拣、清洗、切配、腌制等备料工作
• 精准把控食材分量，做好原料分类存放，遵循先进先出
• 全程维护后厨环境卫生，定时清洁操作台、地面与储物区域
• 严格落实生熟分开，厨具、餐具按时清洗消毒，遵守卫生规范
• 规范操作厨具设备，收餐后清洁保养，设备故障及时上报
• 开餐高峰期配合厨师补料、备餐具，保障顺畅出餐
• 节约食材与水电能耗，完成食材盘点及厨师长安排的其他工作
• 身体健康，持有有效健康证，熟悉餐饮卫生规范，能做好食材处理与后厨清洁消杀工作。
• 能熟练操作各类厨房设备，独立完成食材分拣、切配备料，有后厨相关工作经验优先。
• 吃苦耐劳，适应后厨轮班、高峰高强度工作，动手麻利，具备食材节约成本意识。
• 服从管理，配合团队协作，设备、食材异常及时上报，严格遵守后厨各项操作制度。
