负责西餐厅日常运营管理，包括餐前准备、现场服务协调、出品质量把控及收市检查；
组织并指导服务团队执行标准化服务流程，确保宾客获得高品质用餐体验；
协同厨房、采购及财务部门完成成本控制、物料管理、排班调度及报表编制等工作；
处理宾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求，及时响应并有效解决现场运营问题；
参与新员工培训与在岗带教，持续提升团队专业能力与服务意识。
.具备3年以上五星级酒店西餐厅主管或同等管理岗位工作经验，熟悉国际品牌酒店运营标准；
持有有效的健康证明，具备良好的食品安全与卫生管理知识；
具备较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队管理能力，能适应倒班与节假日工作安排；
普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力，可满足工作场景中的双语沟通需求；
认同酒店服务文化，无违法违纪记录，符合国家关于劳动用工的各项法定要求
