1. 协助西厨房厨师进行食材的准备与处理工作，包括但不限于蔬菜的清洗、切割，肉类的初步处理等。
2. 负责厨房餐具、厨具的清洁与整理，确保厨房环境的整洁卫生，符合食品安全标准。
3. 按照厨师的指示，进行简单的烹饪操作，如煎、炒、烤等基础烹饪步骤，辅助完成菜品的制作。
4. 参与厨房日常的库存盘点工作，及时报告食材的消耗情况与剩余量，协助进行食材的采购计划制定。
5. 在厨师的指导下，学习并掌握西餐的基本烹饪技巧与菜品制作流程，不断提升自身的烹饪技能。
3. 对食材有一定的了解，能够识别常见食材，并了解基本的食材处理与保存方法。
4. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够适应厨房的工作环境与工作强度。
5. 愿意接受厨房的培训与指导，不断提升自身的专业技能与知识水平。
1. 不限学历，对西餐烹饪有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基层做起，学习并积累经验。
