1.食品的制作严格按照标准完成自助餐厅菜品的备料、烹饪、摆盘，确保食品的鲜美、新鲜、安全
2.食品的管理参与食材验收，确保原料新鲜、质量达标合理控制食材库存，减少浪费，遵循“先进先出”原则
3.食品卫生安全严格执行食品安全规范，保持工作区域清洁，工具消毒遵守厨房设备操作流程，确保用电、用火安全
