1.负责西厨房冷菜区域的日常运营与管理，确保冷菜制作流程的高效与顺畅。
2.进行菜肴的制作、上餐和存储工作。
3.按标准制作高质量的食品。
4.与上级交流疑难问题，客人或内部客户的意见以及其它相关信息。
5.事先准备服务所需的食品、饮料、材料和设备。
6.确保冷菜区域的卫生与安全，遵守食品安全法规，定期进行清洁与消毒工作。
7.遵守FSMS的卫生标准和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
1. 至少1年以上西厨房冷菜相关工作经验，熟悉冷菜制作流程与技巧。
2. 具备良好的团队管理能力，能够带领并激励冷菜厨师团队。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够与其他部门有效沟通协作。
