Salary: 3200 - 3600
1. 负责西餐菜品的原料预处理、烹饪制作及出品质量控制，确保食品卫生与安全。
2. 根据菜单标准和餐厅运营需求，协助完成日常备料、成本控制及库存管理。
3. 严格执行厨房操作规范，保持工作区域整洁卫生，落实食品安全管理制度。
4. 配合主厨完成新菜品研发厨完成新菜品研发测试及菜单优化相关工作。
5. 完成上级交办的其他厨房相关任务。
1. 具备1年以上西餐厨房实际工作经验，能独立完成基础西餐菜品制作。
2. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，烹饪相关专业优先。
3. 熟悉西餐烹饪工艺流程，掌握常见菜系的基本制作技术。
4. 持有有效的健康证明，具备良好的卫生意识与职业操守。
5. 具备良好的团队协作能力，工作认真负责，能适应餐饮行业工作节奏。
