1. 负责为宾客提供行李搬运、寄存及提取服务，确保物品安全与交接准确。
2. 协助宾客办理入住和离店手续，指引客房位置及相关设施使用方法。
3. 提供酒店内外的咨询服务，包括交通路线、周边设施、营业时间等信息。
4. 维护礼宾区域的整洁与秩序，确保服务环境良好。
5. 处理宾客的邮件、包裹收发及其他委托事项，保证及时准确送达。
6. 配合其他部门完成宾客服务支持工作，提升整体服务质量。
1. 中专或以上学历，旅游、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，形象端正，举止得体。
3. 能够适应轮班工作制，具备较强的责任心和团队协作精神。
4. 普通话流利，基本英语口语交流能力者优先考虑。
5. 无不良记录，身体健康，能够胜任站立及体力搬运工作。
