1、负责为客人提供行李搬运服务，确保行李安全、准确送达指定地点
2、协助客人办理入住和退房手续，引导客人至前台或客房
3、为客人提供酒店设施及周边环境的咨询服务
4、维护大堂及行李区域的整洁与秩序
5、协助前台完成部分跑腿工作，如传递文件或物品
6、及时反馈客人的特殊需求或投诉至相关部门
1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及搬运重物
2、具备基本的服务意识和沟通能力
3、工作认真负责，注重细节
4、能够适应轮班工作制（含夜班）
5、有酒店相关工作经验者优先，无经验可培训
