Salary: 2800 - 3000
1. 负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保流程规范、服务及时；
2. 协助宾客办理入住与退房手续，提供问询引导、物品转交等基础礼宾支持；
3. 定期巡检行李寄存区域，保障设施完好、环境整洁，防范安全隐患；
4. 配合酒店其他部门完成临时性接待支援任务，维护良好服务形象。
1. 年满18周岁，身体健康，具备履行岗位职责所需的身体条件与行动能力；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
3. 无犯罪记录，能够遵守酒店各项管理制度及保密要求；
4. 具备基础英语会话能力者优先，有酒店前厅或礼宾相关工作经验者优先；
5. 持有有效身份证件，符合国家关于劳动用工的法定年龄及健康要求。
