1. 负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保流程规范、服务及时准确
2. 协助宾客办理入住及退房手续，提供基础问询与引导服务
3. 定期巡查行李寄存区域，保障物品安全与环境整洁，及时发现并报告异常情况
4. 配合前台、礼宾及其他部门完成跨岗位协作任务，提升宾客服务体验
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限；具备良好服务意识与沟通表达能力
2. 身体健康，能胜任站立、搬运等基础体力工作，无法律禁止从事服务业的健康限制
3. 具备基本职业素养，责任心强，注重细节，能适应轮班工作安排
