1.为行政楼层客人办理好入住及退房工作。
2.引领客人到房间并向宾客介绍酒店的设施。
3.为行政楼层客人提供下午茶服务等餐食服务。
4.迎接并陪同抵达的重要宾客，在宾客离店时应向客人道别。
5.与酒店各部门同事密切合作以确保客入住客人满意。
6.查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
具大专学历或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的职业证书。
