负责行政酒廊的日常运营管理，确保服务流程标准化并高效执行
组织并监督酒廊接待、宾客服务、餐饮准备及环境维护工作，提升宾客满意度
协调与其他部门的沟通协作，及时处理宾客需求与投诉，保障服务质量
负责酒廊员工的排班、培训、绩效评估及团队建设，提升团队专业能力与服务意识
管理酒廊物资、设备及库存，控制运营成本，确保账目清晰、物品合规使用
定期向上级汇报运营情况，提出优化建议，持续改进服务品质与运营效率
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先
具有3年以上高星级酒店行政酒廊或宾客服务相关工作经验，1年以上管理经验
熟悉行政酒廊服务标准与运营流程，具备良好的客户服务意识与应变能力
具备较强的组织协调能力、团队管理能力及沟通表达能力
能够熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统，具备基本的数据分析与报告撰写能力
持有相关职业资格证书者优先，条件优秀者可适当放宽要求
