1、建立标准 / Establish Standards
负责制定客房部及洗衣房的所有开业运营流程与服务标准。
Responsible for developing all pre-opening operational procedures and service standards for the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
2、组建团队 / Build the Team
全面负责开业团队的招聘、岗前培训与梯队建设。
Oversee the recruitment, pre-opening training, and team梯队 development for the new opening team.
3、物资筹备 / Procure Supplies
主导开业物资的预算制定、采购及验收,确保符合品牌定位。
Lead the budgeting, procurement, and quality inspection of all opening supplies to align with the brand positioning.
4、客房验收 / Room Acceptance
与工程部协同,完成开业前客房的全面质量检查与缺陷整改。
Coordinate with the Engineering department to conduct thorough pre-opening room inspections and ensure all defects are rectified.
5、部门协同 / Departmental Collaboration
建立与前厅、工程等部门的高效协作机制,保障运营顺畅。
Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
6、开业保障 / Opening Support
统筹规划并执行开业庆典及初始阶段的客房服务保障工作。
Plan and execute housekeeping services for opening ceremonies and the initial operational phase.
7、安全合规 / Safety & Compliance
确保部门所有操作符合安全、卫生及环保法规。
Ensure all departmental operations comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
8、成本控制 / Cost Control
在开业及运营初期,有效管理部门预算与成本。
Effectively manage the departmental budget and control costs during the pre-opening and initial operational periods.
1、资深经验 / Substantial Experience
具备5年以上国际品牌酒店行政管家经验,拥有新酒店开业或重大翻新项目经验者优先。
Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Housekeeper in an international brand hotel. Pre-opening or major renovation experience is highly preferred.

Proven excellence in team leadership, building, and training, with the ability to effectively recruit and motivate a new team.

In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operating standards and cost control, with a passion for impeccable cleanliness and service details.
4、沟通与协作 / Communication & Collaboration
具备出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力,能承受开业期的工作压力。
Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive under the pressure of a pre-opening environment.
5、熟悉酒店常用系统,如Opera,石基系统, Office 365 等
