1. 负责客房部的整体运作，分配楼层主管、洗衣房负责人、公区清洁负责人、外包园林负责人的工作，并制定工作计划。
2. 定期巡视空置和入住客房，确保保持清洁标准，巡视客房楼层、园林、公共区域等，确保清洁维护良好。
3. 与工程部保持有效的沟通，以便对客房进行维修和维护，并确保客房处于良好状态。
4. 与前厅就特殊维修或清洁的客房问题进行协商，并在短时间内返回销售，每天组织与楼层主管简报，提供每日预计贵宾到达、客人投诉和特殊任务等信息。每月召开一次客房部沟通会议，讨论员工反馈，纠正错误以进行改进。传达酒店内的所有特殊指示和事件。
5. 向房务部负责人汇报日常工作。
