1、全面负责酒店客房部的日常运营管理工作，制定并执行部门工作计划及预算方案
2、监督客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护等工作质量，确保符合洲际品牌服务标准
3、统筹管理客房物资库存，控制部门成本支出，定期进行运营数据分析
4、负责行政楼层及VIP客房的专项服务管理，处理重大宾客投诉及突发事件
5、制定部门培训计划并组织实施，持续提升员工服务技能与职业素养
6、协调与前厅、工程、安保等部门的协作关系，优化跨部门工作流程
7、定期检查设施设备运行状况，提出维护更新建议并跟踪落实
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先
2、5年以上国际品牌酒店客房管理经验，其中至少2年同岗位管理经验
3、精通洲际集团运营标准及客房服务流程，持有相关认证者优先
4、具备出色的团队管理能力，能有效领导20人以上服务团队
5、熟练掌握酒店系统操作及客房成本控制方法
6、具备优秀的突发事件处理能力和客户投诉解决技巧
