1. 负责行政楼层宾客的迎送、登记、入住办理及离店手续，提供高效、专业、友好的接待服务；
2. 协助处理行政楼层宾客的日常咨询、需求响应及个性化服务协调，确保服务品质与客户满意度；
3. 配合完成行政楼层区域的环境巡检、物资管理及基础行政支持工作，保障运营秩序与服务标准。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，具备良好的语言表达与沟通能力；
2. 具备酒店前厅或高端服务场所实习或工作经验者优先，无经验者可接受系统培训；
3. 形象端正，服务意识强，具备较强的应变能力、责任心及团队协作精神；
4. 普通话标准，具备基础英语会话能力者优先；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，符合岗位所要求的身体及心理素质条件。
