1. 负责酒店薪酬体系的设计、优化与落地实施,确保符合国家及地方劳动法律法规要求;
2. 组织开展年度薪酬调研、职级评估与薪酬套改工作,保障内部公平性与外部竞争力;
3. 编制与审核月度/季度/年度薪酬预算及发放报表,确保薪酬核算准确、及时、合规;
4. 管理员工薪资档案,维护薪酬数据系统,保障个人信息安全与保密性;
5. 协同人力资源各模块开展薪酬相关员工沟通与政策宣导,提供专业支持与答疑;
6. 配合审计、税务及劳动监察等外部检查,提供真实、完整的薪酬管理资料。
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、财务管理、劳动与社会保障等相关专业优先;
2. 具备5年以上大型酒店集团或跨国企业薪酬管理实操经验,熟悉酒店行业薪酬结构与激励模式;
3. 精通《劳动合同法》《社会保险法》《个人所得税法》等劳动与薪酬相关法律法规,具备较强合规意识;
4. 熟练使用SAP SuccessFactors、Oracle HCM或主流HRIS系统,具备薪酬数据分析与建模能力;
5. 具备优秀的跨部门协作能力、逻辑思维能力与书面表达能力,能独立编制薪酬管理制度与操作指引;
6. 无就业歧视性限制,符合国家关于平等就业、反歧视及残疾人权益保障等法律规定。
