1.负责每日茶室营业前布置，按照服务规程做好开餐；
2.负责了解客人预订和座位安排情况，按服务程序接待客人入座就席；
3.负责为客人提供周到的茶艺服务；
4.负责爱护茶室设备设施，保持茶室内环境整洁，确保茶具清洁完好；
5.负责收集客人对茶品、服务质量等方面的意见和建议，汇总上报
