1. 负责酒店内的维修工作，包括酒店的任何新的补充/扩展或酒店维修的任何物业事项。
2. 参加酒店节能计划。
3. 参加各种类型的技术和技能培训。
4. 确保检查个人仪容仪表和卫生标准。
5. 对酒店的能源用量进行严格的管理和监控，有效地做到节约能源。
6. 完成酒店各个部门要求的与室内装修有关的所有工作单上的任务，以满足客人的需求。
7. 主动改正危险情况并将潜在的危险通知主管。
8. 遵守酒店的健康、安全与卫生政策。
1. 年龄20-45周岁，初中以上文化程度，具有电工操作证。
2. 具备良好的个人素养及职业道德。
